Abstract This Decree approves the National Strategy for Rural Trade and Entrepreneurship (ENACRE) from 2013 to 2017. This Strategy aims at implementing the Agriculture and Livestock Trading Programme for 2013-2017 and at taking actions, based on the economic and rural development policies of the country. It aims at promoting the following areas: growing and developing the trade of agricultural and livestock products and services, created to stimulate the efficiency, equity and transparency for all the stakeholders of this economic sub-sector, focusing on five strategic axes dealing with the following are aspects: 1. Implementation of the logistical infrastructure for storage, processing and commercialization of agricultural and livestock products. 2. Strengthening and diversificating the agro-livestock and fisheries production; 3. Strengthening commercialization and supply systems; 4. Dynamization of cooperatives and associations; 5. Technical and scientific support along the production chain of storage, processing and commercialization.
