The standards of organic farming and food products are set and approved in the manner envisioned by legislation by the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Economy and Industry, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and the State Committee on Standardization, Meteorology and Patents. The Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Economy and Industry, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources shall be charged with giving true, complete and accurate information regarding the standards of organic farming and food products to the consumers and raising awareness. The State Committee on Standardization, Meteorology and Patents shall be charged with publishing the list of organic farming subjects in the press for the purpose of informing public. Furthermore, this Decree states that the Council of Ministers shall define the rules for scientific support within three months as stipulated in Article 20.3.
