Presidential Decree No. 247/12 approving the Statute of the Ministry of Territorial Management (MAT).

This Presidential Decree approves the Statute of the Ministry of Territorial Management (MAT). This Statute, consisting of 4 Chapters and 2 Tables, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned institution, entitled to design, coordinate, implement and assess the Government policy on territorial local State Administrations, territorial organization and management, traditional community authorities and support any administrative activity related to land use planning and territorial organization.
