The Plan characterizes child labour, particularly in Angola, listing international legislation, normative and national policies, defining the general objective of the PANETI the taking of effective, immediate and integrated measures that facilitate the work of the different agents in the practical application of the rights of the child as a way of combating Child Labour in its worst forms by the year 2025. In addition, it defines the respective specific objectives gathered in pillars, namely, to contribute to the harmonious development of children, prevention and eradication of child labour through social assistance and education, giving voice to children, communication and PANETI monitoring and evaluation.
