Abstract This Presidential Decree, approves the Statute of the National Institution for Cereals (INCER). The Statute, consisting of 5 Chapters and 5 Annexes, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned institution created to guarantee the promotion, the coordination and the implementation of policies and strategies designed in the domain of production, import/export, trade and industrial processing of cereals, defining its legal regime and competencies including for financial management.
