To this end the Decree designates different responsibilities to certain ministries such as the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Economy and Industry and to the Cabinet of Ministers to draft proposals regarding measures to be taken to promote and protect the market within two months. The drafts on the measures to be taken should consist areas such as agricultural product fairs and markets, the access to the wholesale and retail sale markets of agricultural producers, sanitary and epidemiological measures regarding equine slaughter, increasing the export of food products and simplification of procedures in this area. The Decree lastly designates the Cabinet of Ministers to prepare a draft on measures to be taken to improve the institutional point of view regarding food safety and quality control system.
