Abstract This Presidential Decree approves the Regulation on requirements to be met for Vehicles Gas Emission. This Regulation, consisting of 4 Chapters and 5 Annexes, establishes characteristics, transformation, weights and dimensions, exhaust pipe and gas emission of vehicles, including trailers and semi-trailers, operating in Angola. In addition, it establishes the characteristics of vehicles and their systems, components and accessories, the maximum authorized weights and dimensions for vehicles, in particular: lights characteristics and maximum soil and air pollution, under the Road Traffic Law, approved by Decree-Law No. 5/08 of 29 September.
