This Presidential Decree enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Executive Decree, consisting of 51 articles divided into nine Chapters and four Annexes, establishes the procedures and defines the competences for the purposes of licensing and supervision of: Petroleum products storage facilities; b) Installations for the supply of liquid and gaseous fuels derived from petroleum, referred to as Fuel Stations; e) Distribution networks and branches connected to liquefied petroleum gas reservoirs, subject to the regime established in the technical regulation regarding the design, construction, technical operation and security of LPG distribution networks and branches.
