Abstract This Presidential Decree, consisting of 17 articles divided into four Chapters, approves the Regulation of the National Development Fund (FND). The Fund is a set of values made available to the Development Bank of Angola (BDA) by the National Treasury, with a view to financing projects in the national private sector, within the scope of the Country's Development Plans and in accordance with the strategy defined by the Government, which defines the terms and conditions for the management, administration and application of its resources. The Fund aims at supporting cultural projects, private projects for social investments, in the areas of income generation, urban services, health, education and sport, food, housing, the environment, rural development and others linked to regional and social development.
