Abstract This Presidential Decree amends Presidential Decree No. 5/14 approving the Statute of the Forestry Development Institution. Amendments deal with structure and composition of the above mentioned institution. In addition, it establishes the following matters: Forestry Products Warehouses are executive services created to receive, monitor, inspect and register the forestry products of semi-processing units, destined to internal and external commercialization.
