Abstract This Presidential Decree approves the Statute of the Ministry for Hotels and Tourism (MINHOTUR). This Statute, consisting of 6 Chapters and 3 Annexes, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Ministry, entitled to propose the designing, implementation, control, assessment and enforcement of the policy of the Executive for hotels and tourism sector, carrying out priority strategies, programmes and projects in terms of tourism development.
