The objectives of the Integrated Programme for Local Development and the Fight against poverty are aligned with the National Development Plan (PDN-2018-2022), with a view to promoting local development and combating poverty through coordinated management of the Program's actions, based on an appropriate selection of the territories and target beneficiaries, after consultation between the Municipal Administrations, Provincial Governments and Central Government Administration Organs. The general objective is to contribute to the reduction of poverty, the promotion of human development and the well-being of Angolans with economic and social inclusion at the local level.
