This Presidential Decree enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Presidential Decree approves the Statute of the Institution regulating Oil Derivatives of the Republic of Angola (IRDP). The Statute, consisting of 5 Chapters and 2 Annexes, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned institution, entitled to perform any activity related to petroleum products, from crude petroleum, refining processes, storage, transport of oil products through pipeline, logistic superintendence of Petroleum Products System of the Republic of Angola (SDPRA), to distribution of oil products and the functioning of gross and detailed markets, etc.
