The Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 1986.
Abstract

With the present Decree are established the animal health conditions governing intra-Community trade and importation of live animals (bovine and swine) from third countries. The Decree consists of 32 articles, divided in three Parts and containing seven Annexes. Part A (articles 1-14) lays down the animal health rules for animals sent to Greece from Member States of the European Community while Part B (articles 15-27) establishes the health requirements for live animals (bovine and swine) which are imported to Greece from third countries. Part C (articles 28-31) establishes terms for carrying out animal health inspections.
