Abstract According to the provisions of the present Decree, organic agriculture products markets are established in specific physical locations. Only organic agriculture producers, holding specific licenses, can be involved in selling their products in such markets. The Decree prescribes rules and procedures for those entitled to an organic agriculture selling license, establishes the competent authorities for issuing the licenses and certifying the organic products, classifies the licenses into categories and regulates all other matters related thereto.
