The Presidential Decree enters into force three months after its official publication.
Abstract

The Presidential Decree establishes that the authorization for manufacturing, export, import, storage, wholesale and retail trade of alcoholic drinks (except for vending through public catering facilities) shall be granted exclusively to legal persons.
