Abstract The present Decree aims at regulating fishing and placing in the market of is the regulation of fishery and marketing of marine live bait for professional and recreational fishing. The provisions of this Decree shall apply to those living organisms used as bait, excluding fish. The decree prescribes equipment, fishing tools, methods for fishing bait, seasons and marine areas where bait collection is allowed. Placing in the market of live bait listed in Annex I to this Decree shall be prohibited (6 articles).
