Abstract This Presidential Decree approves the Regulation on Livestock Exploitation. This Regulation, consisting of four Chapters, establishes the norms governing the activity of livestock farms and regulates the general management conditions of these farms, zoo-sanitary management, veterinary drugs and biological products, feeding, environment and infrastructure, handling animals and their products, including wildlife farms. This Regulation applies to all national territory and to all existing farms in the country, including traditional with necessary adaptations. The Regulation is divided as follows: Special provisions (II); Prophylactic measures, Hygiene and Biosecurity (III); Final provisions (IV).
