Abstract This Presidential Decree approves the Statute of the Angolan Institute for Standardization and Quality (IANORQ). This Statute, consisting of six Chapters and 3 Annexes, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Institute, with legal personality and administrative, financial and patrimonial autonomy, responsible for executing the executive's policy on promotion, organization and development the Angolan quality System, as well as securing the attainment of national policy on quality sector.
