Abstract This Presidential Decree amends article 26 of the Regulation for Continental Fisheries. Amended article deals with the licensing for the Practice of Continental Artisanal Fishing Activity. In particular, it establishes that such licence lasts for one year and can be renewed for the same period. For the purposes of issuing such license the taxpayer registration certificate is no longer required for the purposes of granting fishing rights, and eliminates the requirements for its issuance.
