This Presidential Decision enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Presidential Decision, consisting of 7 sections, creates the Interministerial Committee Against Environmental Crimes and related Wild Fauna and Flora. It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Interministerial Committee, entitled to: ensuring compliance with environmental legislation on environmental crimes, gather information, monitor and prohibit hunting and illegal harvesting of wildlife and related products, through trade and illegal trafficking of endangered species, including export, import and transit and fulfill the obligations of Angola under the Convention's implementation on International Trade in Endangered species (CITES) and other conventions related to biodiversity conservation.
