Abstract

The Regulation provides for the discipline of enrolment with the BC Premises ID Program, traceability program in respect of which section 22 (4) of the Animal Health Act applies. The discipline considers enrolment information, assignment of premises ID number, duty of director of commingling site, and information to be exchange.
