Abstract This Resolution is composed of 5 articles. Formation of a committee from the competent Ministries and Departments with the task to issue authorization and licence for the Nile Course as well as to present the recommendations to the High Committee for Nile Protection (art. 1). Stop on works for the creation of new ports on the Nile Course (art. 2). Floating restaurants and like shall settle their position within 6 months according to the rules of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation (art. 4).
