Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Agricultural Producers’ Organization Funding Act. The purpose of this Regulation is to enable the Prairie Fruit Growers Association to collect money from strawberry producers to promote and financially support initiatives in the areas of production, marketing, extension, education and research, for the benefit of strawberry producers in Manitoba. The text consists of 9 sections as follows: Definitions (1); Purpose (2); Designation (3); Fees (3); Payment of fees (4); Use of fees (5); Refunds (6); Books and records (7); Information (9); Coming into force (10).
