Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Prairie Agricultural Machinery Institute Act, 1999. Section 3 establishes that the Institute shall: a) maintain a head office at Humboldt, Saskatchewan; and b) make the address of the head office known to those persons carrying on business with the institute. The text consists of 9 sections.
