Section 6 regarding dishonestly receiving and disposing of praedial produce, is amended. After Section 10, new sections are inserted regarding forfeiture and sale after conviction, restitution, and sale or disposal of and compensation for perishable agricultural produce. This Act adds Schedule II on specially protected produce and Schedule III on constitution of the Praedial Larceny Management Unit and the Praedial Larceny Management Committee, annexed to this Act.
