Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the protection against certain salmonella infections of poultry. The text consists of 38 articles divided into 8 chapters as follows: General provisions (1); Breeding organizations (2); Breeding farms (3); Laying hens plants (4); Broiler chicken farms (5); Chicken hatcheries (6); Further measures (7); Penalties and final provisions (8). Article 38 is deleted. One Annex is enclosed for requirements for commercial poultry farms.
