It also specifies matters subject to specific regulation such as recordkeeping requirements; registration of business, transactions, transportation, or importation of dead, dying, disabled or diseased poultry or carcasses to prevent use as human food, etc., and provide with respect to, among other things, the Safe Meat and Poultry Inspection Panel, federal inspection interstate shipment of poultry and non-federal jurisdiction of federally regulated matters and concurrent jurisdiction.
