Section 2 establishes that the Board known as the Prince Edward Island Poultry Meat Commodity Marketing Board as established by Order in Council No. 344/73 of April 12, 1973 is continued as a body corporate. The Board shall promote, control and regulate the marketing of poultry meat within the province including the power to prohibit any aspect of the marketing of poultry meat.
