The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 April 2009.
Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to fees for official control and sampling according to the Poultry Hygiene Fees Ordinance 2009 (BGBl. II Nr. 100/2007). In particular, the Ordinance sets forth the amount of fees to be paid for inspections by competent authorities, as well as for sampling to assess the quality of poultry. The Ordinance consists of 3 articles.
