Abstract The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to fees for official control and sampling according to the Poultry Hygiene Fees Ordinance 2009 (BGBl. II Nr. 100/2007). In particular, the Ordinance sets forth the amount of fees to be paid for inspections by competent authorities, as well as for sampling to assess the quality of poultry.
