Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Poultry Hygiene Ordinance 2007 (BGBl. No. II No. 100/2007). In particular, the Ordinance sets forth the amount of fees to be paid for inspections by competent authorities, as well as for sampling to assess the quality of poultry. The text consists of 4 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Duty to pay fees (2); Amount of fees (3); Calculation of fees (4).
