Abstract This Regulation, of Five Sections and One Annex, gives definitions and makes provisions for the setting of Compensation amounts for Egg Producers that renounced to their Quotas. Section (1) gives definitions. Section (2) Sets the amount of compensation to be paid by the state to the egg producer. An egg producer that renounced to his quota shall be compensated by the state. Section (3) provides with additional compensation for those egg producers that shall renounce to their quotas within 45 days from entry into force of this regulation. Section (4) sets compensation conditions. Section (5) establishes compensation payment procedures. Annex One has been omitted.
