Abstract

This Law, of Six Parts and 75 Sections, gives definitions and makes provisions for the institution of a Poultry Council and provides for operational procedures and conditions. Part One: gives definitions. Part Two: announces the institution of a Poultry Council and sets its objectives. The councils’ roles are: a) to plan and regulate poultry production; b) to supervise on breeding; c) to regulate the production of breeding material; d) to regulate the marketing of eggs and poultry meat in Israel
