Importation of feathers and viscera of poultry is prohibited unless imported from a listed country and after inspection by the Government Veterinary Surgeon who declares that such importation is not likely to cause the introduction of any disease into Guyana. The poultry carcasses shall be accompanied by a certificate of health signed by the proper authority of the country of origin.
