Abstract

The present Regulation provides for the control and regulation in any or all respects of the production and marketing within Ontario of potatoes, including the prohibition of such producing and marketing in whole or in part. The Local Board has the power to: a) require persons engaged in producing or marketing potatoes to register their names, addresses and occupations with the local board; b) require the said persons to furnish related information, including the completing and filing of returns
