Abstract

The present Ordinance implements various Community Regulations as laid down in article 1. It sets out regulations dealing with the payment of subsidies for potatoes and a premiums for potato starch. Article 2 names AMA (“Agrarmarkt Austria”) as responsible for the execution of the present Ordinance. The text consists of 18 articles divided into 5 chapters as follows: General provisions (1). They deal with sphere of application and competences. Regulations for the production of potato starch (2); Subsidy for potatoes (3); Premium for producers (4); Final provisions (5).
