Abstract

The provisions of this Ordinance apply to the implementation of regulations by the Council and the Commission of the European Communities within the framework of the common organization of the market in wheat. In particular, the Ordinance deals with the granting of a premium for the production of potato starch, of a subsidy to producers of potatoes for the production of starch. Article 9 deals with procedures relating to surplus food whereby regional laws prevail over federal law. Storage conditions for surplus food are contained in article 10. The text consists of 13 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Provisions on price and premiums (II); Provisions on contingents (III); Final provisions (IV).
