The present Regulation enters into force on 1 March 2006.
Abstract

The purpose of the present Regulation is to establish a Board, named Potatoes New Brunswick for the following purposes: a) the promotion, control and regulation of the marketing of potatoes in the Province; b) the promotion, control and regulation of production; c) promotion of consumption and use; and d) research activities. The text consists of 14 sections divided into 5 Parts as follows: Plan (1); Powers of Board (2); Levies and charges (3); Repeal (4); Commencement (5).
