The present Order repeals the Vegetable Registration Order ( Man. Reg. 188/88).
Abstract

The present Order implements the Farm Products Marketing Act (C.C.S.M. c. F47) and Manitoba Vegetable Producers Marketing Plan Regulation (Man. Reg. 117/2009). In particular, the Order lays down provisions relating to the registration of potato and root crop producers. In this connexion, section 1 establishes that no person shall engage in the production or in the marketing of table potatoes in Manitoba unless such person is registered with this board at that time as a table potato producer. The text consists of 12 sections divided into 4 Parts as follows: Table potato producers (1); Seed potato producers (2); Root crop producers (3); General (4).
