Abstract

These Regulations, made by the Mauritius ports Authority with the approval of the Minister under section 65 of the Ports Act 1998, provide rules relative to port operations, the landing and handling of goods (including fish and dangerous goods) and behaviour of persons and vessels in port areas. They also concern environmental safety in ports and pollution of port waters.
