Abstract

These Regulations prohibits any business relating to the supply or handling of cargo, goods, bunkers, water, equipment, labour or other services within the limits of a port, the outer port or the port premises without a licence issued under these Regulations. A separate licence shall be required for each business activity or operation. Licences shall be granted by the Mauritius port Authority. No licence shall be issued to a person unless he or she is already the holder of the appropriate licence under the License Ordinance.
