Abstract

These Regulations provide rules for port operations, navigation in ports and other activities in ports, including the handling of dangerous goods, and prohibit the pollution of territorial waters and the atmosphere. They also require animals to be treated in a humane manner during loading and unloading and require vessels to keep at a safe distance from fishing vessels which are at anchor.
