Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Water Transportation Law in its version of 17 February 1993. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to ports in the Land Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The Ordinance applies to ports in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, as well to entrances to ports as far as those are not federal waterways. The further refers to transportation, stay, transshipment and storage, and special safety regulations. The text consists of 35 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: Sphere of application, competences (1); Conduct in ports (2); Final provisions (3).
