The Regulation lays down provisions relating to the valuation of port land. In particular, section 2 establishes that an assessment roll number set out in Column 1 of the Schedule is the number on an assessment roll prepared by the British Columbia Assessment Authority for the taxation year set out opposite in Column 2.
