Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Assessment Act. The Regulation lays down provisions relating to the valuation of port land. In particular, section 2 establishes that an assessment roll number set out in Column 1 of the Schedule is the number on an assessment roll prepared by the British Columbia Assessment Authority for the taxation year set out opposite in Column 2. The Text consists of 4 sections as follows: Definition (1); Interpretation of Schedule (2); Designated port land and actual value (3); Actual value for 2009 and subsequent taxation years (4). One Schedule is enclosed.
