Abstract

This Chapter of the Idaho Statutes concerns port districts, revenue bonds and warrants. It specifically provides for authorization of revenue bonds; purposes of revenue bonds; revenue bonds’ terms, and interest rate; revenue bonds’ sources of payment, sinking funds, and negotiable instruments; revenue bonds, covenants and conditions, trustees; revenue bonds, signing and sealing, interest coupons, and sale; revenue warrants, terms and covenants; funding or refunding bonds; construction of revenue bond and warrant provisions.
