Abstract This Regulation, consisting of 16 sections and completed by two Schedules, regulates and control Poppy Industry within the territory of New South Wales. The following classes of poppy are specified: a) a plant of the species Papaver bracteatum; b) a plant of the species Papaver somniferum; c) a plant that is a hybrid of a plant of either of those species.
