Abstract

The present Law implements the Law implementing the Protocol on Pollutant Release and Tranfer Registers of 21 May 2003 and the Regulation (EC) No. 166/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the establishment of a European Pollutant Release and Transfer Register of 6 June 2007. In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient implementation of the afore-mentioned legislation. The text consists of 4 articles as follows: Competences (1); Expert control (2); Costs (3); Entry into force and repeal (4).
