Abstract

Regulations to implement provisions of the Poisons and Dangerous Substances Act 1952. They prescribe the form of a poisons licence issued under section 5 of the Act, fees for licences, the form of the Poisons Register in the sense of section 16 of the Act and regulate the storage of poisons or dangerous substances and the packaging of certain poisons and dangerous substances as specified. The supply, manufacture and distribution of preparations of specified poisons is prohibited.
