Abstract

This Act makes provision for the control of poisons and dangerous drugs. Some substances may be sold to a person who is engaged in mining, agriculture or horticulture or in the keeping or breeding of animals. A medical practitioner, a veterinary surgeon, a pharmaceutical chemist or a licensed dealer shall keep a poisons register in the prescribed form.
