They amend regulation 21(3) of the principal Regulations and omit regulation 27(c) of those Regulations. They also correct four errors in the principal Regulations, make consequential amendments and amend to the Food Safety (Sampling and Qualifications) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1991.
